| Details: | I called Carol Adler to remind her that DWS still has not received a nitrate test for her water system. I spoke with her about this violation on July 31 and she collected a coliform sample on the same day but neglected to collect the nitrate sample that may result in DWS assessing a civil penalty. Ms. Adler said she would go to the laboratory today and pick-up the sample bottle and I told her to make sure she requested a bottle for a nitrate test; she said she would. I will confirm the nitrate sample was reported in a few weeks and if it wasn't at least received for analysis by the laboratory, DWS will proceed with a civil penalty. | ||
