Details: SUMMARY: The system has positive tests on TC, on 10/14/10, where one of five samples was positive, four were negative. Alert ID COLI 8474. DETAILS: Several attempts were made to leave messages, one attempt to leave a message was successful. No actual contact was made in person, but an 10/28/10 sample result was negative. The system may have issues with the chlorination system. ACTION NEEDED: The system will need to maintain the chlorination system and monitor the concentration of free chlorine. The nitrate filter is to be installed on the one source of drinking water-- it is not necessary for the processing water to be nitrate free.
