| Details: | SUMMARY: Confirmation sample required for Xylenes detection DETAILS: Emailed Richard regarding Xylenes detection and requested that the City take a confirmation sample before the end of December. Richard noted that he had asked the operator at the City to take the confirmation sample. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for sample result-- average of initial plus confirmation sample will be used to determine compliance. If average is above the detection limit, then the City will need to start quarterly monitoring for Xylenes. If the average is below, then the City can remain on the regular VOC schedule. | ||
