| Details: | SUMMARY: Stage 2 DBPR IDSE SMP Assistance DETAILS: System needs a Stage 2 DBPR IDSE Std Monitoring Plan (SMP). PWS has recently begun independent operation of the Layng Creek water source and new membrane filtration plant from the City of Cottage Grove. No previous DBP sampling has been conducted in the distribution system. I developed and completed the IDSE SMP for the system. Initial contact with Carrie Gentry, DWP, for guidance on frequency as system has never been sampled previously. I sent completed narrative plans to DWP and John Kirk via email and completed maps were sent via certified letter (non electronic version due to complexity) for both parties.
