| Details: | SUMMARY: New system Technical Assistance DETAILS: PWS is newly formed and is operating the Layng WTP previously operated by The City of Cottage Grove. A Siemens 100 gpm membrane treatment plant is nearing completion and ready for operation. Sampling plans, cross connection enabling authority, O&M Manual and ERP are required. Initial WQ monitoring is required. I reviewed the purpose and contents of the coliform sampling plan and helped choose sampling sites after evaluating district map. I gave Jim O&M information and discussed system operation and maintenance procedures. I reviewed the WQ sampling requirements determined by Casey Lyon, DWP and picked sampling sites. Set time to visit water board for meeting. ACTION NEEDED: Meet with water board Oct 11, and finalize Cross Connection authority. Revise coliform sampling plan and prepare DBP IDSE plan after consult with DWP. | ||
