| Details: | SUMMARY: DBP DETAILS: TTHM level was 7 times the MCl. I thought that was odd so I contacted the state and Bill recommended the original lab slips be located to conform the result. I contacted Michelle Byrd and she contacted the lab to get another copy of the reporting slip. Once the lab slip was located it was seen that there was a data entry error. Michelle worked with data entry and had the info changed to reflect the correct data. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
