Details: SUMMARY: Violation DETAILS: Aug 25, 2010 I received phone message from Lisa Scott. The hypochlorite feed pump was having trouble and low chlorine residual was monitored at 7pm August 24th. I received letter from Toby explaining the issue and the problem has been resolved. ACTION NEEDED: Violation resolved
