| Details: | SUMMARY: Monitoring coliform DETAILS: Operator dres coliform sample Oct 5th but sample was not received by state until Nov 12, 2010. I talked with Lisa about the need for any results to be submitted and received by the state no later than the 10th of the month following sampling. I gave her the state email address to send any results or reports immediately. ACTION NEEDED: Resolve violation when the next months sampling has been reported on time. | ||
