| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Called Ginger and explained public notice must be posted. Walked her through the notice template. She will fill out the notice and send a copy to out department. We discussed how to chlorinate the well and when to sample to make sure the chlorination worked. We discussed the 5 temporary routines that must be taken in January 2012. ACTION NEEDED: Send public notice. Resolve contamination problem, chlorinate the well. Resample as "special" to confirm no coliform. Take 5 temporary routine samples in january 2012 | ||
