| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 12/23/10 Left message with Klamath Housing Authority. 12/27/10 - Ginger called and left message. 12/28/10 - Spoke with Ginger, sample taken by new person who had not taken sample before. I explained that routine samples are to be taken from distribution and one repeat sample from source. Repeat samples were taken 12/27/10 at apartments. New person was instructed in proper sampling proceedures from another employee. I walked Ginger through the state website and told her to call me when she had any questions. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeats to be taken, 3 from distribution, 1 from source. January 2012 5 temporary routines from distribution. | ||
