| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I contacted operator and he had been on vacation the previous week and had not heard about the positive total coliform sample. The UV light was not working when the sample was taken and he believed the light was repaired while he was gone. He let me know he would call the lab to get the 4 repeats & source sample taken. I also let him know that 5 temporary routine samples will be needed fo January. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up sampling & respond if necessary. | ||
