| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Called & spoke with Dicks wife Joanne. I let her know about the coliform sample. She indicated that Dick knew and was dealing with the repeats. I let her know that each well would need a source sample & 3 distribution samples labeled as repeats. I also let her know that 5 temporary routine samples would be needed for December. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follw up samples & respond if necessary. | ||
