| Details: | SUMMARY: 4/5 temporary routine total coliform positive 1/4/11 DETAILS: Called & left message for Kori to let her know with the 4 positive coliform samples the system is a MCL for coliform. The system needs a source sample at each well that need to be labeled triggered source. She will need to make & distribute a public notice for unresolved total coliform. The system will need to have 5 temporary routine samples for the month of February. I mentioned they qualify for the circuit rider program for technical assistance if they were interested I could give them contact info. 1/12/11 Kori called back to let me know she had made & distributed the public notice. She also sent in public notice to the state. She said she was interested in assistancce from the circuit rider. I gave her the contact info for HBH consulting & let her know that Robert Henry is the contact. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor further test results & follow up on circuit rider findings. | ||
