| Details: | Repeat samples showed same location as original positive routine TC+. Location was the kitchen sink in the City Hall Office. All other repeats and triggered samples absent. Spoke with Ken with the City and he will replace the tc+ repeat sample with another sample from an alternate sink in the same office. If the result of the replacement sample is absent, there is no confirmed TC+. If it is positive, system will have to find and fix and complete level one investigation. Also spoke with Michelle at Edge lab. Wait for results of replacement sample. | ||
