Details:	Attempted to invalidate repeat sample from same sink fixture as original TC+ with replacement from a sink in another room in City Hall. Replacement sample taken 10/5 also TC+. Spoke with Ken and Michelle at Edge Lab. City Hall currently not open to public. Ken will investigate and flush entire building and take special samples (within building) and additional routine samples next week. System takes two routines/month. Will email Ken Level 1 investigation form.
