| Details: | Contacted Jeff with Milo Academy about the recent high result for HAA5, a disinfection by-product. The quarterly results were 0.0689 mg/L for the 3Q results. The LRAA is 0.044 mg/L which is below the MCL, so no increase in monitoring is required at this time. Jeff thinks there are 2 reasons for the high HAA5 result: 1) the water usage is down in the system, and 2) they recently changed sources which requires a higher chlorine dosage. In reviewing the data, Jeff plans to reduce the chlorine dosage because of the current temperatures and will also do more frequent flushing. | ||
