Details:	SUMMARY: follow up on Boil Water Notice DETAILS: I have received some updated information from Darrel today, regarding the reasons for the high turbidity that conflict with earlier information received from Scott MacGregor. Darrel indicated that the spike of greater than 5 NTU was due to the streaming current meter (SCM) failing on the external setting. The SCM reading was not accurately representing the raw turbidity in its readings, and there was very little polymer being dosed. Also, Darrel indicated that both the on-line and bench top turbidimeters had not been calibrated recently and is concerned that they are not reading accurately-the readings are all over the board. Also, concerned that combined filter effluent meter is grabbing out of the clearwell and not directly off filters and could not be accurately measuring filter performance ACTION NEEDED: System to stay on boil notice until turbidity readings are accurate and meters are calibrated, and DWP has confidence that NTUs are under control. DWP to further investigate turbidity readings with operators and during 3/24 field inspection.
