Details: SUMMARY: Reporting violation resolution DETAILS: Rick called regarding the violation issued for DBPs. I looked up the DBP sampling history and the system had sampled on 9/18/08. The system is on a 3 year sampling schedule for DBPs and this would have taken care of the sampling requirement for 2008-2010 monitoring period. I called Chuck at the state and he agreed with me that the violation had been issued in error. The violation has been removed. ACTION NEEDED: none
