| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Called and spoke with camp director Ira. I let him know the sample was positive from 4/5/11. They will need to take 4 repeat samples in the distribution system. They will also need to take a triggered source sample but it wont count as repeat since the system chlorinates. I asked they make sure the chlorinator is functioning properly and he said he will be sure to check with Charles. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up sampling & respond if necessary. | ||
