| Details: | SUMMARY: Contact regarding chemical alert DETAILS: Left message with Toby . 4/12/11 - Received phone call from Toby and we discussed the recent alert for the detection of both Xylenes (0.009810 mg/L) and Ehylbenzene (0.002250). I informed him that a confirmation sample would need to be drawn just for those two chemicals and that further action would be discussed after the results have been received. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up after the confirmation samples have been received. | ||
