Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Spoke to water system operator Jan regarding alert from sample date 4/29/11. She stated that Amy Chapman had already been in contact with her and how to take the 4 repeat samples. Jan stated that she was shocking the system today and would take 4 repeat samples tomorrow to take to the lab. Informed her that samples should be taken as soon as possible after an alert and before shocking takes place. ACTION NEEDED: Contact operator on 5/13/11 to question if samples were taken.
