Waiting for return call. Spoke with Mitch 4/27/11 and he is unaware that a nitrate problem exists. St Vincent just took over ownership this year. Discussed the possibility of nitrate treatment and to look into financial options for future if nitrate ever exceeds MCL ACTION NEEDED: Look into nitrate treatment. Plan review required.
