| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Operator stated that testing was done for in house reasons but that 5 repeats had been submitted with one coming back positive. The repeats did not show up in the system because they were marked special not routine. Operator is going to email test submission paperwork for review prior to appeal process. Source sampling port not installed at this time but installation is to be attempted this evening during facility down time. ACTION NEEDED: System to continue quarterly coliform testing with addition of 5 repeat samples within same month if a positive occurs. Installation of source sampling point is also of critical importance. | ||
