| Details: | SUMMARY: Response to lead action level exceedance DETAILS: City of Dallas exceeded the lead action level on 3/9/11. Data entry entered the results in May with a 90th percentile calculation correction on 6/1/11. City has already added a separate chemical feed line for the phosphoric acid and also will increase the alkalinity by 5 to 10 mg/L. ACTION NEEDED: City needs to complete public education, notify 62 sample sites of their individual results and include exceedance in 2011 CCR. City will remain on 6 month sample rounds with 60 sites per round. | ||
