| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat coliform positive 4/19/11 DETAILS: Contacted Charles about positive repeat sample. I let him know they would need to post a public notice. He indicated they dont have any groups in camp yet but would complete the notice. I emailed him the link to the template & asked he send a completed copy to the state and this office. He indicated the distribution system had 2 leaks that had just been repaired. The system chlorinated so he raised the chlorine residual to 1.2 - 1.4ppm. I let him know that 5 temporary routine samples in the distribution system will be needed for the month of May. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain a copy of the public notice & monitor further sample results. | ||
