| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform sample 9/22/10 DETAILS: Called Herb & left a message letting him know the routine sample taken on September 22nd was positive for total coliform. I let him know he needs to take a source sample at the well head labeled a triggered source & repeat sample. In addition, he will need to take 3 repeat samples in the distribution system. I let him know he will also need to take 5 temporary routine samples for October. If all of the temporary routine samples pass, he will be back onto the regular 1 per month sampling. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up testing & respond if necessary | ||
