| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed operator contract DETAILS: I called Bobbie to discuss a contract I drafted to serve as the contract for Weiss utilizing Tim Holmes as the DRC for the system. Bobbie stated that she had already mailed contracts to the DWP, and that they should arrive early next week. She described contractual language that sounded as if it would meet our requirements. ACTION NEEDED: Review the contract submitted and either accept it as is or send Bobbie my draft contract as a replacement. | ||
