| Details: | SUMMARY: Unfiltered surface water system DETAILS: Sent letter to system 6/14/11 in regards to ongoing situation. Instructed system to install a filtration unit, as well as begin monitoring for turbidity. Also instructed system to post public notices for both tier 1 (boil water notice due to high turbidity) and tier 2 (failure to filter).
