Details: SUMMARY: Positive routine sample 7/26/11 DETAILS: Called Mr. Leong and left a message for him to take a triggered source sample at the well head as well as 3 repeat samples in the distribution system. I also let him know to take 5 temporary routine samples in the month of August. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples and respond if necessary
