| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to TC positive routine sample DETAILS: System collected 5 routine samples on 8/25/11. One of the samples came back TC positive. Explained the follow up requirements for compliance. ACTION NEEDED: Take 3 repeat samples week of 9/6/11 (**this deadline was missed by the water system) Take 5 RT samples before end of September. DWP/DMCE to change sample type of one of the RT samples taken 8/25 to a triggered source sample. System will be issued a violation for not having taken repeat samples.
