Left a phone message for Theresa Vickerman to remind her to submit a copy of their fourth quarter public notice (for exceeding the maximum contaminant level for Arsenic) to the Drinking Water Program. ACTION NEEDED: City should submit a copy of the Public Notice as they have been doing every quarter. They are currently seeking an extension to their Bilateral Compliance Agreement while awaiting funding from the SRF program. | ||
