Telephone conversation with Mr. Jones regarding all incomplete water quality samples. 12th wqmpl3 for SWA stated to have been done. Mr. Jones to provide lab results. ACTION NEEDED: Mr. Jones to mail to me lab slip. I will forward on the systems behalf to the state. 12/7/11 emailed scanned copy to state. | ||
