| Details: | SUMMARY: 2011 DBP sampling DETAILS: 2009 & 2010 DBPs not samples and system is in monitoring violation. Checking status of 2011 sampling prior to end of September. Mr. Jones thought that they had been done. ACTION NEEDED: Mr. Jones to check sample status and get them complete if not done yet. 11/28/11 I checked chemical analysis report in state website, it has 2011 DBP entered. Violation history still has sample showing as not in compliance. Emailed Chuck Michael regarding discrepancy. State website corrected with system now in compliance with DBP monitoring. | ||
