| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL repeat total coliform and sosurce for 10/11/11 DETAILS: Called and spoke to Pak regarding the positive repeat samples. I let him know they will need to complete and distribute a public notice to the residents. He requested I mail a copy of the public notice template as he does not have a fax machine or email. He indicated they will disinfect the system ASAP. I let him know that they will need to take 5 temporary routine samples for November. I also recommended they take a special sample to be sure the disinfections was effective. If coliform persists in the system I may recommend the circuit rider. ACTION NEEDED: Mail public notice template to operator. Monitor further sampling and respond if necessary. | ||
