| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I contacted Phillip about the detection. He mentioned he took the required repeats and triggered samples on 10/20/11. He also had a question about the SOC/VOC monitoring schedules for EP-B. I adjusted both of those scheduled from annual to 3 years.
