| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Received alert for TC+ result from the routine sample collected 1/3/12. Spoke with Dick. He said that he accidentally touched the threads for the bottle lid while collecting the sample, and should not have sent in that sample. A source sample was collected from each well on the same day as the TC+ routine, so no triggered source samples are required. I advised that four repeat samples need to be collected from the distribution system. Dick said he would collect them Wednesday 1/11/12. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to collect repeat samples. | ||
