| Details: | SUMMARY: Clarification on violations DETAILS: OHD contacted this office to review the information on system. The source for the nitrate tests were mis labeled. It was marked EP-A and the only source they have is EP-B Taylor Spring. The reason for the system no resampling at the spigot at the managers spacer is it is outside and often windy. The repeat sample was taken at Sp #401 which wad inside of the managers residence. ACTION NEEDED: I spoke with the manager and she will communicate with the lab regarding labeling the entry point samples correctly. Try not to use the name well when sampling the spring source. | ||
