Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform sample 1//10/12 DETAILS: Called Mr. Leong and left a message letting him know about the positive total coliform sample. I let him know that a triggered source sample would be needed as well as 3 repeat samples. I also let him know to take 5 temporary routine samples. I will try calling back and giving Mr. Leong HBH circuit rider information ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up sampling and respond if necessary
