| Details: | I informed the system contact that no third quarter July 1, 2020-September 30, 2020 Nitrate sample results were submitted to OHA DWS. She thinks the sample was submitted to the lab and will contact them and let me know what she finds out. She said the samples are collected after the POU devices, not the EP and the sampling locations are listed on the chain of custody forms. | ||
