| Details: | SUMMARY: Timeline for installing Arsenic treatment, to update Bilateral Compliance Agreement DETAILS: The Bilateral Compliance Agreement deadline was 12/31/2011, and the City still has not received the funding from the SRF (IFA doles it out), so Brad Daniels asked me to assess a new timeline before he drew up a new agreement. Paisleys Mayor, Mark Douglas, phoned me back to say that they are all poised to install the treatment, and it should only take a month of work once they get the funding. He estimates a realistic timeline to receive the money is more likely this summer than this spring. ACTION NEEDED: Relay the new timeline information to DWPs Brad Daniels so he can draw up a new agreement. | ||
