Details: SUMMARY: Arsenic alert DETAILS: $4th quarter sample for 2011 was above the MCL, 0.0195. System has recently completed drilling and connecting to a new well due to arsenic detections. I spoke with Bill and he said he took the sample from an outside tap at the conference center that never gets used and he believes thats why the level was high. He has since taken two more arsenic samples as specials from taps in the distribution that are used frequently. He said those results were .002 and .0038. Bill did provide a public notice and will continue to monitor for arsenic quarterly. I reminded him to take the routine sample at the EP ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on next routine sample results.
