| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform sample 1/31/12 DETAILS: Called Pak to let him know about the total coliform positive sample. He said he hadnt been informed yet. I let him know he needed to send out a public notice. I told him that I would mail a public notice template. I told him verbally and mailed circuit rider information to let him know they qualify for technical assistance. I let Pak know they will need to take 5 temporary routine samples in the month of February. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain completed public notice and monitor follow up sampling. | ||
