| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Called Frank and left a message to let him know about the 2 of 5 positive coliform samples. I let him know he will need to send out an updated public notice. I mailed him a unresolved total coliform MCL public notice template. I also mailed information for the circuit rider. I let Frank know on the message that they qualify for circuit rider assistance. I reminded him to take a source sample but repeats will not be necessary since there were two positive samples. I asked him to send a copy of the public notice to this office and I would forward the notice to the state. 5 temporary routine samples will be needed for February. I will make further attempts to contact Frank to be sure he receives the information ACTION NEEDED: Obtain public notice and monitor further sample results. | ||
