| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: Pete Farrelly of OHA contacted the circuit rider to provide Midland Water Association with general assistance. David Burch needed help with the water plant after the passing of their longtime water system operator. Assistance Provided: The circuit rider reached out via phone and emails to Dave Burch to provide assistance. The circuit rider provided a list of local area resources that could help Dave with the various operational issues he was facing at the treatment plant. The circuit rider followed up several times via phone/email to make sure the resources provided were of use. Follow-Up Actions Needed: The circuit rider can provide further assistance as needed. |
