| Details: | SUMMARY: Monitoring violation DETAILS: Kori called this office as she checked the violation history. We had spoken earlier in the year and I had told her the source samples should resolve as they had a source sample for source AA well #1 but was late from the past total coliform positive. I let her know I would call Chuck at the state to get the violation resolved. ACTION NEEDED: Contact Chuck to get the violation returned to compliance. | ||
