| Details: | Phone contact with facility. facility has planned to install chlorine dosing pump on 11/17. pump will run for 1-2 weeks and trickle in .2ppm chlorine to remove bacteria. facility discussed plan with lcph and state region 2 technician. facility will collect December monthly sample as required by sampling plan. a level two investigation will be scheduled with lcph after governors executive order "freeze" ends (December 2nd) and with-in 30 days of level 2 being generated. | ||
