| Details: | SUMMARY: Monitoring violation DETAILS: The system had a violation from not turning a source sample from the November total coliform positive. I had spoken with Frank at the time to let him know to take a source sample. He was late in turning in follow up samples and hadnt listed the well head sample as a source sample. The system also has a source sample labeled triggered source on 1.4.12 ACTION NEEDED: Call Chuck at the state to have the violation returned to compliance. | ||
