Details:	SUMMARY: GWUDI Well #25 - Filtration exemption request DETAILS: Spoke with Bill about the April 30th letter from the Drinking Water Program (DWP) notifying the water system that their request for filtration exemption will not be granted. The water system is to discontinue source water monitoring and pursue treatment options for Well #25 classified as ground water under the direct influence of surface water (GWUDI) in March 2011. We discussed the deadline to install treatment as required under the Surface Water Treatment Rule and possibility of a bilateral compliance agreement if the system unable to have treatment installed by the September 24, 2012 deadline. ACTION NEEDED: Follow-up on water systems progress to install treatment.
