| Details: | SUMMARY: Investigation of violation DETAILS: They system missed the 1st quarter tetrachloroethylene sample. I evaluated the follow up samples from 2011 and the system had 4 samples that were below the MCL. I contacted Pete Farrelly at the state and we agreed the system could be on an annual sampling schedule for 2012. I need to call Chuck to get the violation removed and send in a chemical change request. ACTION NEEDED: Call Chuck to get the violation rejected. | ||
