Details: SUMMARY: Resolution of violation DETAILS: I contacted Chuck to let him know that I has spoken to Pete and that we could reduce the sample schedule starting 1/1/12 to annual. Chuck said to send in chemical schedule change request and to note in the comment section to review the violation for this system. The violation had been rejected on 5/1/12 ACTION NEEDED: Chuck rejected the violation and system is now on an annual schedule.
